Mostly bug fixing, turns out most of the new content added in the previous update wasn't accessible because I didn't set up the triggers to advance maps correctly in the final version, sorry!

Took the chance to go over said new maps again and fixed several small bugs I found along the way.

Also the Clone Backup item should properly target fallen allies now and added a new boss to the latest chapter.
